We discussed the creation of a health coverage marketplace, various proposals during the NM legislative session, and attempts to repeal health care reform or pieces of it. House Memorial 1 (HM1) was pre-filed for New Mexico Legislative Session 2011, which begins on January 18th. HM1 builds on the work of the 2010 HM35 task force on economic security, and would create a task force to define family friendly workplace policies. Read the entire bill below.
